Q I heard that loyalty systems are back up, but I don’t see my Rewards points, the Rewards page, and/or the barcode to Earn in-store.

Q I originally signed up for an account with an email that I no longer have access to. How do I update my account info?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the email that is tied to an existing account. You will need to sign up for a new account with an email address that you do have access to. If you want to transfer points to a new account, please visit https://www.firehousesubs.com/support and select "Birthday, Rewards, Loyalty, or Points" topic then "I lost my points balance" to submit a support ticket.

Q Do I have to save my receipt to claim points?

To claim points when the system is down or the points are not showing on your account, please log into your rewards account, and access the "Need Help?" button. (For app users, this is in the app's menu and will appear as a red "Need Help?" button. For Web users, the "Need Help?" Button will display at the bottom right corner of the webpage). When the chat bot loads, you can type in "I didn't receive my points" to be assisted or you can follow the prompts for Loyalty/Offers > I didn't receive points > and follow the necessary questions.

Q Do I need to provide a photo to receive a refund for my delivery order?

Yes, providing a clear photo of the order that was received or confirmation the driver did not deliver the order to you is required to process a refund for your delivery order. This photo helps us verify the issue and this documentation is required for compensation on delivery orders in order for our team to properly assist you. Refund requests submitted without photos may not be approved.

Q Is there a time limit to request a delivery order refund?

Yes, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of placing the original order. We are unable to provide assistance on orders made after this timeframe.
