No, you are able to register for the Ziggi’s Rewards program without the app and earn points on your purchase in store by inputting your phone number or your email address associated with your Ziggi’s Rewards account.
To review your rewards balance, login into your online account at ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/ or open the Ziggi’s Coffee Mobile App and click “my rewards” to view your rewards balance and earned points.
Points – You earn points on every menu drink and food purchase you make. These points will add up and once you reach 150 points, you will earn a reward (value based on your status level).
Rewards – Earned rewards are offers that you have either earned by collecting 150 points, or as a gift to you from Ziggi’s, like a free birthday drink. You may also see various promotional offers in your rewards wallet.
Reward dollars – Reward dollars function as your “preloaded funds” and “gift card balances”. Any funds that you have added into your account will show up as reward dollars for you to spend at the time of purchase.
Status – You build status based on the number of points that you earn over time. As your status increases, so do your rewards.
You can earn points on every menu drink and food purchase made when you use your Ziggi’s Rewards account. Points will not be earned on tips, tax, merchandise, gift cards, Cambro totes, or catering orders.
Earn double points every Tuesday during Double Point TueZday, plus keep an eye out for exclusive bonus point promotions offered to Ziggi’s Rewards members.
Points are automatically added when you order online or through mobile order ahead using your Ziggi’s Rewards account.
