The Anthem Community Council (ACC) is a nonprofit civic-league organization serving the master-planned community of Anthem, Arizona in northern Maricopa County. Established to unite and strengthen the Anthem community, the Council’s mission is to create, fund and manage services, amenities and programs that enhance resident life, foster interaction, and preserve the character of the community.
As a 501(c)(4) entity, it is not a homeowners’ association but works with the community’s three HOAs to support overall policy, infrastructure and amenity oversight.Through assessment fees paid by property owners, the ACC owns, maintains and provides access to parks, community facilities, common grounds and recreational services for residents and guests alike.


Services Offered:

  • Ownership and maintenance of community amenities (parks, open space, trails) for resident use.
  • Operation of the Community Center: including fitness classes, aquatic park, courts for basketball/tennis/pickleball, childcare programs and rental spaces.
  • Coordination of community-wide events and programs (festivals, arts & crafts fairs, recycling drives) to foster social interaction and civic life.
  • Management of assessment collection, disclosure and title services, and support of homeowners by working alongside the HOAs in Anthem.
  • Communication, regulation compliance assistance, community planning and resident feedback — serving as a conduit for resident input and community-oriented governance.
