You may redeem one reward per transaction. It is not valid with any other offer.
Tap on the "Offers" tab within the mobile app or click on your name on the top right-hand corner of the website to bring down the menu and then click on "Rewards & Offers".
In order to redeem your reward, you will need to do the following:
1. Start an Order
2. Add the Menu item to your bag.
3. In your bag, select this reward or offer and Click or Tap "Redeem" (You may need to swipe through your offers if it is not visible)
For sure! You can use points to redeem rewards for any Jack app or website purchase, either delivery or pick up. Just remember, you can’t get points for orders placed outside of the Jack app or website.
