The money from the sale of your donated items helps support our vision of ending poverty through the power of work by offering no-cost career services where Arizonans can develop their digital skills, connect with career advisors, and meet directly with hiring employers. These no-cost career services are open to the public and help us provide job seekers the tools to feel confident, purpose-driven, and successful. Goodwill accepts returns within 7 days of purchase at our Metro-Phoenix, Yuma, and Northern Arizona locations.
Accepted returns must include purchase receipt and original Goodwill tag. Customers will receive an in-store credit valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. Customers returning items without purchase receipt will receive the last known discount amount of $1. We apologize, no discounts or returns on new or seasonal merchandise. Store credits are redeemable for 1 year from the date of issue at any Goodwill retail store location, using your return merchandise card.
