Allen K. Yi is someone to avoid going through. Very judgmental and doesn’t communicate with you unless you reach out to him. Maybe other agents are better at communication. We were waiting for an answer from him on our application after he told us dogs are okay, he said the owner doesn’t like that we have a little dog.

I have been an agent for a few years and I am very happy being part of the Keller Williams Northeast Realty team. I wanted to be part of an office that is there to help, be supportive, and most importantly allow you to grow as an agent.

When I started out as an agent, like most I had a lot of questions and looked to others for advice. The training in place at Keller Williams is the best that I have seen. No other brokerage can compare to the training platform KW has for its agents. From having an entire library of thousands of video's, or downloads. An agent can search and find what they are looking for. KW has an intensive BOLD program which is a short boot camp to help agents elevate their business. An ignite program to help newer agents get started on their journey for success. There is also mastery training on specific topics taught by agents that have succeeded at a high level. I have reached out and spoke with other agents across the US and they are genuinely helpful. There is no limited beliefs or a mindset of scarcity within Keller Williams. Everything they have in place is to help the agent succeed.

With the new technology Keller Williams is giving to the agents. I have found my home with the Keller Williams Northeast Realty family.

I am a current real estate agent with KWNE and have been since I started 2.5 years ago. KWNE has tremendous support and training. One of the keys to success as a new agent is to get the support and training to understand how to best serve the community in their real estate needs. The support I get at KWNE has helped me develop a strong understanding of the contracts, negotiation and process of both listing and selling a house. All critical to serving my clients.

There are many facets of KW culture and values that have contributed to my development. One of the biggest things I have been impacted by are the values KW holds themselves. From training the mindset, implementation and lifestyle of a successful real estate agent; all of these have taken me to a new level in my business and consequently my life.

At this point in my business and life, I am about to take it to the next level and I am still being supported at these higher levels. The amazing thing about KW is at any level you would like to accomplish, KW has the systems, tools and support to help you attain it.

Christine and the Keller team were awesome from the get go, we were showed houses in our price range and Patient with us while we picked the perfect home. They kept us up to date on the ins and outs of purchasing our first home. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I’m not an easy one to impress, the whole Keller team was informative and answered all of our questions! Just have to do a special shout out to the whole team for making this an experience we will never forget:) We will forever Refer you to our other friends who are ready to buy, thanks again!
